Zhou Qiang, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), met on June 12 in Beijing with foreign representatives attending the 2026 Young Political Leaders Forum of China and Central and Eastern European Countries.

Zhou briefed the guests on the guiding principles of the fourth plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the CPPCC system. He also exchanged views with them on implementing the consensus reached by the leaders of the countries, strengthening youth exchanges, promoting the development of bilateral relations and advancing the cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries.
