Jiang Xinzhi, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, met on March 27 in Beijing with a delegation of Tanzania's ruling party Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), which was led by its Secretary-General Asha-Rose Migiro.

Both sides expressed their willingness to jointly implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state and the outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, and deepen inter-party exchanges and cooperation, so as to advance the sustained development of the China-Tanzania comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.
