Wang Dongfeng, vice-chairman and secretary-general of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, attended a reception for European envoys at the CPPCC headquarters in Beijing on June 26. 

He called for in-depth exchanges on deepening mutual learning among civilizations and building consensus on cooperation, to jointly promote the implementation of the important consensus reached between Chinese and European leaders for common development. 

Diplomatic envoys from 32 European countries attended the event.
