Bater, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, met a delegation headed by Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of Ghana, in Beijing on May 14.

The two sides discussed a range of issues, including implementing the key consensus reached between the two heads of state and the outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, as well as strengthening exchanges and cooperation between the two countries and between the Communist Party of China and the NDC in various fields.
