Lau Chi-pang, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference from Hong Kong, suggested launching an international DSE examination to attract more international students to pursue higher education in China, providing them with opportunities to learn Chinese language and deepen their understanding of Chinese culture and history.
