The third meeting of the 13th All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) Executive Committee was held in Nanning, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, from Dec 23 to 24. 

Gao Yunlong, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the ACFIC, delivered a work report.

Gao urged entrepreneurs in the private sector to study the guiding principles of this year's Central Economic Work Conference, carry forward the fine entrepreneurial spirit, and strive to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of the private economy.

He called on federations of industry and commerce at all levels to fully implement the guiding principles of the third plenary session of the 20th Communist Party of China Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference, and to make coordinated efforts to carry out tasks related to improving mechanisms and deepening reforms, striving to break new ground in facilitating the healthy development of the non-public sector and those working in it.

On the sidelines of the meeting, the ACFIC and the Guangxi government  co-hosted a conference on private enterprises supporting the high-quality development of Guangxi.
