On Nov 29, Zhou Qiang, vice-chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, met with a delegation headed by Singapore's Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon. The two sides exchanged views on such topics as China-Singapore relations and cooperation in social and rule of law areas.
