The Central Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK) held an investment promotion conference in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, on Nov 3, with the aim of furthering local high-quality development. He Baoxiang, vice-chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee, attended and addressed the opening ceremony. 

He, also executive vice-chairman of the RCCK Central Committee, said that the event, jointly hosted by the RCCK Central Committee, the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Shaanxi provincial government, is an innovative practice of the RCCK to promote local economic development by leveraging China's new-type political party system and providing a platform for RCCK members to share local opportunities and engage in jointly advancing Shaanxi's development.   

He called on entrepreneurs to support Shaanxi's high-quality development and modernization. He noted that the RCCK Central Committee would take the conference as an opportunity to mobilize its members and related enterprises to pay attention to Shaanxi, continuously introducing business talents to conduct exchange and cooperation with Shaanxi and injecting new impetus into the province's high-quality social and economic progress. 

Zhao Yide, secretary of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee, welcomed entrepreneurs to start businesses, launch projects and invest in Shaanxi, supporting the province in establishing a modern industrial system, expanding the growth of an inland hub for reform and opening-up, and championing win-win cooperation in broader fields and at higher levels.
