A team led by He Baoxiang, vice-chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee, conducted a survey on the assistance of rural vitalization in Nayong county, Bijie city, Southwest China's Guizhou province, from Oct 17 to 19.

He, also executive vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK), said at a seminar held during the survey that under the leadership of local committees of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and governments  and with the assistance of RCCK organizations and members at all levels, rural vitalization in Nayong is progressing in all aspects based on the consolidated achievements of poverty alleviation in recent years.

He noted that, however, RCCK members should be well aware that greater efforts, new innovative ideas and measures are needed to reach the goals of the targeted assistance work entrusted to the RCCK by the CPC Central Committee to promote coordinated regional development and rural vitalization.

He called for more efficient performance of targeted assistance in Nayong and the rendering of the county as a demonstration project to showcase the fruits of integrated efforts in consolidating and expanding the achievements of local poverty alleviation and the promotion of rural vitalization.
