The Indonesia-China Business Forum was held in Beijing on Oct 16. Gao Yunlong, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, attended and addressed the event. 

Gao said that this year marks the 10th anniversary of the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Indonesia, and also the 10th anniversary of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, an initiative proposed by China. China is willing to implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state, jointly promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative, and build a model of shared destiny, unity and cooperation, and common development for developing countries. 

Gao, also chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, expressed the hope that entrepreneurs from both countries will expand cooperation, explore more business opportunities, and make greater contributions to deepening economic and trade relations between China and Indonesia.
