The 6th Moganshan Conference was held in Deqing county, Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, from Oct 10 to 12. 

Co-hosted by the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK) and the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the meeting focused on promoting the Chinese modernization and building livable, business-friendly, and beautiful rural areas. 

He Baoxiang, vice-chairman of the CPPCC National Committee and executive vice-chairman of the RCCK Central Committee, said that over the past five years, the annual event has become an important window for the RCCK to showcase the achievements of rural vitalization and an important front to leverage the advantages of China's new political party system. He called for more efforts to turn the Moganshan Conference into an important platform to help further emancipate the mind, deepen exchanges and transform experiences gained in the past into practice, and bring forth new drivers to promote common prosperity, advance rural vitalization, upgrade the mechanism for integrated urban-rural development, and develop rural-feature industries.
