He Baoxiang, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and executive vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK), led a team to North China's Tianjin and Central China's Henan province from July 25 to 28 to survey the development of the RCCK's local and grassroots organizations and its cadre teams. 

During the survey, He highlighted the importance of empowering RCCK organizational construction with the current education campaigns arranged by the RCCK Central Committee, urging local and grassroots RCCK units to leverage regional characteristics and advantages to explore new models and mechanisms for advancing the party's organizational development. 

He called on RCCK members to play an active role in their positions and contribute to the high-quality growth of regional economy and social development and the promotion of the Chinese modernization.
