Hu Chunhua, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), visited Saudi Arabia from June 10 to 14 to attend the opening ceremony of the 10th Arab-China Business Conference and the eighth Investment Seminar.

In his keynote speech delivered at the event, Hu said that China is ready to work with Saudi Arabia to jointly implement the outcomes of the first China-Arab States Summit and promote pragmatic economic and trade cooperation.

During his visit, he met with Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jassim Al Budaiwi, Minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia Khalid A. Al-Falih and Vice-President of the Saudi Shoura Council   Mishaal Al-Sulami.
