Huang Kunming

Huang Kunming, male, Han ethnicity, was born in November 1956 and is from Shanghang, Fujian province. He began his first job in December 1974 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in October 1976. Huang graduated from School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University where he completed an in-service graduate program in public administration. He holds a Doctor of Management degree.

Huang is currently a member of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau and Head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee.
