The China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, the Guangdong Soong Ching Ling Foundation, the Hong Kong Rosamond Foundation, and the Macao Foundation jointly launched the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Youth Charity Conference 2022 on April 23.

Li Bin, vice-chairwoman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and chairwoman of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, attended the conference's opening ceremony.

More than 150 people participated in the event simultaneously in Beijing, Guangdong province, Hong Kong and Macao both online and on-site. Athletes who competed at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics shared their experiences with young people from the mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. Youth representatives also told their stories of participating in charity programs and how they helped build skills and confidence.

The conference will consist of 77 programs throughout the year covering sports, film screenings, culture, innovation and other fields in Hong Kong, Macao and nine cities in Guangdong.
