The Committee on Proposals of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) has announced 60 winners of the Proposals of the Year for 2021. The winners were chosen in line with two guidelines of the Committee on Proposals on improving the quality of proposals and on the selection procedure of proposals of the year respectively.
