We have different political system, but this allows us to understand much better that these political system work for China and has been so successful. President Xi in Chinese government has developed relations in multilateral benefits, that is a philosophy of win-win, so these investment are not only in favour of the solo interest of China, but multi-interests, so we really appreciate and we welcome Chinese investment and hopefully we can have more."

QIU XIAOQI CPPCC member "China attaches great importance to China-Latin American relations. We believe Latin America has big development potential, rich natural resources, and a relative high level of development. There is big potential for cooperation. China is not aiming to compete with other countries in this region. Our investment and cooperation with Latin American countries is based on mutual benefit. We hope we can make some contribution to the development of this region."
