Efforts should be focused on making overall planning and coordination, enhancing the self-dependence of China's industrial and supply chains, giving full play to the major role of enterprises, and promoting opening-up at a higher level, according to Zheng.
Participants at the forum also discussed how to improve China's industrial and supply chains and to promote the sustainable and high-quality manufacturing development in key industries.
The forum was jointly hosted by the RCCK Central Committee and the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPPCC.
