The Standing Committee of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) holds its 14th session, which focuses on studying and following the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 19th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, in Beijing, capital of China, Nov 9, 2020.
