Abstract:

At present, how to implement the socialist core values and make it become people's consciousness has not been wholly completed. Drawing on the successful experience of the construction of the rule of law in other countries and the construction of national quality and moral standards, we believe that it is a fundamental way to integrate the socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law and to combine the practice of the socialist core values in unison with the development of the rule of law. 

1. Strengthen the leading role of socialist core values in the construction of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics;

2. The Constitution and laws should set a clear bottom line for the socialist core values;

3. Determine the achievements of anti-corruption and rectification in the form of laws and regulations;

4. Run the socialist core values through the whole process of the construction of the rule of law.
