Year: at the third session of the 11th CPPCC National Committee held in 2010

Proposal No: 1750

Suggestions:

1. Hope the government can relax the policy about Hong Kong's processing products to domestic markets, and treat all kinds of enterprises fairly in a bid to allow the State-owned enterprises, private enterprises in the Chinese mainland, or foreign-funded enterprises (including the Hong Kong and Taiwan funded enterprises to benefit equally from the relevant policies in the Chinese mainland).

2. Governments of Guangdong province, Hong Kong and Macao should cooperate in developing a set of comprehensive and internationally recognized testing and certification system, to improve the recognition and competitiveness of the three places' products in the international market and facilitate product brands promotion.

3. The local governments can serve as a bridge between employers and employees, try to maintain the interests of both sides, and ensure the balance of supply and demand of labor as well as the social prosperity and stability.

4. It is hoped that the relevant government departments at all levels can formulate regulations and carry out measures in accordance with the law to protect the intellectual property of companies, to prevent the infringement of the products developed by the companies.

5. It is suggested that relevant departments of governments at all levels should jointly discuss and issue a set of complete and feasible policies to help companies solve the tax problems in their transformation and upgrading.
