Proposer: The Central Committee of the Taiwan Democratic Self-Government League

Suggestions:

1. Governments at all levels should change their thinking and working styles, and fundamentally change the vague understanding that the entrepreneurial park is equivalent to the development zone. 

2. Further refine and improve the planning and policies to promote the development of the Taiwan farmers' entrepreneurial parks. 

3. Give full play to the role of Taiwan talents in the parks based on projects and the theme of cross-Straits agricultural exchanges. 

4. Set up special funds for the cross-Strait agricultural cooperation led by the Ministry of Agriculture and the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office.
