Suggestions:

1. Social insurance system is a great cause which reflects the fairness and justice of the society. It is necessary to gradually integrate all members of the society into the system with the principle of "common construction and common sharing". As members of our citizens, professional religious personages should also be included in the system as soon as possible.

2. Conduct investigation and research on the insured professional religious people; encourage and support major religious organizations to put forward social insurance projects adapting to their conditions and characteristics as soon as possible.

3. Encourage and support religious units and organizations in all regions to actively join the local social insurance system following their features, capabilities and the actual regional situation.

4. Encourage professional religious people to actively participate in the relevant social insurance projects, such as commercial insurance and other social insurance supplements.

5. Hope to formulate corresponding policies in consideration of the mobility of Buddhist monks and nuns, thus to realize the overall planning and management of social insurance of Buddhist monks and nuns.
