We propose to:

1. Promote research and application of the intellectual property strategy. 

2. Improve IP-related policies and clarify social guidance. 

3. Improve the IP-related legal system with Chinese characteristics. 

4. Improve the IP-related working mechanism. 

5. Actively participate in adjustment of international rules on IP. 

6. Create an ideal environment and conditions for implementing the IP strategy.
